Another case for the Tempus Detectives, and impending danger for We The People. And poor Pendle is caught right in the middle of it all.
While Rob and the crew, Tania, Trish and Adrian, hit the trail of a slippery fugitive named Murray Johnson, Pendle risks life and limb-yet again-to aid Aut and their fighting comrades, Pesh, Lilic and Octal, in bringing down the tyrannical corporation who seem out to control whole countries and exterminate anyone who tries to stop them.
As the case of the slippery fugitive goes on, the war of the future becomes more dangerous for all involved, especially Pendle. In either event, time is quickly ticking away for everyone.
